scuba diving

After an average boat trip of just 15 minutes you can be wreck diving, wall diving, cave diving, exploring coral reefs and thermal vents or watching whale migrations. All dives are boat dives, led by qualified dive masters – all equipment is supplied, all you need to do is bring your camera to capture lasting mementos of your underwater adventures. The main reef and wreck sites are on the sheltered Caribbean side of the islands and in the channel (“The Narrows”) between Nevis and St Kitts. Trips to the Atlantic, where there are mysterious white holes teeming with fish, can be arranged in calm seas. A lack of human activity and a 2-mile wide marine protected zone means that the coral reefs of St Kitts and Nevis are free from damage unlike other Caribbean islands. Our Soft Corals, Barrel Sponges, Tube and Ocean fans, grow over lava rocks to enormous sizes and in top condition. Many species of Hard Corals, such as our famous Pillar coral, continue to grow.

Our reefs are also home to many different species of reef fish. You will find four species of sea turtle in or around Nevis, and all are endangered. You will also discover sharks, rays and marine mammals in your dives around Nevis.

If you are not certified, we can arrange a PADI certification course for you, including Discover Scuba Diving, Scuba Diver, and Open Water Diver!

“Simply amazing”

It was simply amazing. I think that St Kitts, and Nevis, in particular, is a hidden treasure for divers. It is pristine, untouched, and delightfully diverse in both the terrain and the marine life. I will truly recommend it to all my diving friends.

“Dolphins were around us ”

The boat crossing from Nevis to St. Kitts for our dive was awesome.  Dolphins were around us and that was really cool.

Scuba diving is great for relaxation

Scuba is also an incredible way of relaxing whilst on holiday. You can’t hear, or talk or check your emails. You are mindful only of your breathing and your immediate surroundings in this very moment, so your cares are left far, far behind. Scuba diving leaves you feeling in awe, but relaxed and refreshed.

Because of the peace, and the restrictions on communication, scuba creates a special bond between divers. If you’re visiting Nevis on a romantic holiday, the two of you might want to share that special feeling.

No matter who you’re travelling here with, come travel with us and explore undiscovered, unnamed islands, and dive on reefs that hardly anyone has seen before.
